Come back to Hanoi

This is the third time i come back Hanoi, this time i will go to MOT' office to explain about TME project. Some of bridge have changed the scale, some have to designed as new one, some have changed to box culvert, some have to extended or reduced length...Ang i will visit some places that i had many unforgettable memories and i will meet a very special friend. All of it makes this journey become special flight.
